About this job：

1. Assisting Sub-editors in proofreading and editing interview transcripts and translations, ensuring consistent adherence to Third Bridge’s Style Guide, readability, accuracy and translatability (for Mandarin transcripts);

2. Manage third-party transcription and translation partners, supervising project delivery and turnaround;     

3. Escalate transcription and translation errors and Style Guide misalignments to enhance product quality;

4. Contribute to transcription and translation guidelines and make training materials for our third-party language service teams. 

Location:

Shanghai

Requirement：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. A high level of proficiency in Chinese/English translation; 

3. Outstanding grasp of editorial and grammatical principles;

4. Highly developed attention to detail and research skills;

5. A self-starter who works well independently and can manage their time and prioritise effectively, while maintaining a positive, “can-do” attitude;

6. Demonstrable interest in content that covers various sectors and financial markets;

7. ETIC (Intermediate or above)  is preferred.
