Primary Role:

1. The role is responsible for SEALAND – A Maersk Company vessel and cargo operations related tasks handling in the Great China area;

2. The role covers communication with local vendors, operating procedure, performance monitoring and engaging with various stakeholders which are required for high level performance so as for the implementation of company strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create booking forecast, load list, special cargo manifest, VGM list, stowage Coprar for loading preparation;

2. Monitor day-to-day operation execution and participate in service delivery / Deadline / KPI agreements with our internal/external customers;

3. Preplan transshipment readiness, clear long standings and apply tight connection;

4. Follow up contingency / ad-hoc exception handling relating to cargo and marine execution when required;

5. Suggest innovative and savings plan and drive continuous process improvement;

6. Support manager for team management. Provide solid advice through daily observation to drive team engagement;

7. Support manager for team performance improvement. Deep understanding of process and initiative for better performance to motivate team members.

PositionSpecifications:

1. Colleague students who willgraduate in 2022;

2. Able to attend at least 3 days perweek, 5days per week is preferred;

3. Able to work under pressure andin a multi-culture team;

4. Good verbal and writtencommunication skills in both English and Chinese;

5. Self-starter with initiativeand strong execution ability to influence multiple stakeholders;

6. An outgoing and convincingpersonality with sense of urgency, result orientation and constant care indaily work;

7. Non- maritime background ispreferred;

8. 国才中级及以上证书持有者优先。
