1. Ensure a high level of responsiveness to customer/Bank Transactions are performed accurately the first time around and eliminating the requirement for rework.
2. Daily follow-ups and escalation on aged items to STM-Team Leader-Manager.
3. Timely escalation on abnormal items to the Manager.
4. RAF training.
5. Self-development using in house training or completing E’Train courses.
6. Record Management: all records kept and easily accessible.
7. Daily sorting and distributing internal mail.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement, quality in process delivery, customer focus and implement process improvements either at own instigation or under recommendation from Quality/Compliance area.
1. Computer knowledge and skills, and familiarity with applications, MS Office suite.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Good Communication skills (written and Verbal).
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Desire education/graduate in finance.
6. ETIC is preferred.
